L-Theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves, particularly in green tea (Camellia sinensis). May have a calming and relaxing effect on the mind and body. Apigenin is a powerful bioflavonoid found in chamomile tea and an antioxidant compound found in many different plants, herbs, fruit and vegetables. May improve sleep quality.
