DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 1 rounded scoop with 4 fl. oz. of water and consume the entire serving 30 minutes before workout.
After your body has become acclimated to the power of Endothil, you may increase the serving by 1/2 a scoop per day until you reach a maximum serving of two scoops.

CAUTION: Do not exceed a single scoop for the first 5 days.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Keep out of reach of children.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EXCEED 2 SCOOPS OF ENDOTHIL IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD. Exceeding the maximum 2-scoop serving may result in undesirable effects.
WARNING: Do not exceed suggested daily serving. This product contains a potent xanthine (i.e., caffeine), of about 235 mg per one serving.
Consult your physician before using if you are taking caffeine-containing medications or if you are sensitive to stimulants.
People sensitive to Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
