Initial use directions: as a dietary supplement, consume two capsules per day for a minimum of seven days to assess tolerance. Take one in the morning, and one five-six hours later. Regular use directions: as a dietary supplement, take four capsules daily: two in the morning, and two capsules five-six hours later; preferably, with a meal and/or as directed by your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water during the day to support hydration.
