Suggested use: Based on taste preference, vigorously mix one scoop of Micellar creme per 6-10 oz of water or milk for 30-60 seconds. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 3-5 oz of water or milk. Note extra calories when combined with milk. Consume Micellar Creme two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements.
