Directions for Use

Lemonade Clean BCAA can be used before or during exercise to help reduce muscle loss and after exercise with a protein meal to support muscle protein synthesis and promote recovery.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 8-12 oz. of water, pre/post workout drink or favorite beverage. For optimal performance consume during and within an hour after exercise.
