Type 1 and Type 3 are the main forms of collagen you need to maintain heathy tissues in your body including skin, hair, nails, bones, connective tissues, organs, blood vessels, and the lining of your digestive system. Collagen production can decrease with age, but Collagen Types 1 & 3 gives you the building blocks required to maintain healthy tissues throughout your body so you don't have to let age determine how old you feel or look.
