Serving Directions For normal dosage, take 2 level scoops daily. For degenerated joints, take 2 level scoops twice daily. Mix with drinks or foods (e.g. juice, milk, soy milk, yoghurt, water) to serve. Take 3 months or more continuously for the best effect. Please use the scoop attached for measurement

CATALO FlexiJoint HSC Collagen uses patented bioactive nature hydrolyzed short chain (HSC) collagen (FORTIGEL), which is readily absorbable. This product is specially formulated with acerola cherry extract (with natural vitamin C) and aquamin S natural sea algae calcium.

It is clinically proven to regenerate joint cartilage with no side effects. TE. McAlindon, et al. (2011). Osteoarthr, Cartil, 19, 399-405 (Refer to FORTIGEL) Collagen is also an essential nutrient for tendon health. The bioactive collagen is hydrolyzed and become short chain peptide and will not cause sensitivity symptoms.
