Directions for Use

Serving directions For normal dosage, take 3 scoops daily. For weaken muscle strength, take 3 level scoops twice daily. Mix with drinks or foods (e.g. juice, milk, soy milk, yoghurt, water) to serve. Take 3 months or more continuously for the best effect. Please use the scoop attached for measurement.
