Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Start with 2 capsules to assess your tolerance. Take 4 capsules once or twice per day. To maximized efficacy, taper up to 4 capsules of our stimulant based fat loss formula "a2 AM" in the morning, and take 4 capsules of "cAMP PM" in the evening. Do not exceed 8 capsules of "cAMP PM" in any 24 hour period when used by itself. If you will be combining "cAMP PM" with "a2 AM", do not exceed 4 capsules of either product in any 24 hour period.
