Directions for Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before workouts and 1 capsule as needed, allowing 3-4 hours between servings. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.

Contains 200mg caffeine per serving, roughly equivalent to 2 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products, or if you are caffeine-sensitive. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, sleeplessness or rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use and contact your physician if you have an adverse reaction.
