Directions for Use

Classic hot prepare 6-8 oz hot water at your desired temperature (do not use boiling water, as this will cause the product to clump, the best results are when water is 185-190 degrees Fahrenheit). And approximately 1/2 scoop of the select cafe protein to the water and mix with a electric powder mixer or milk frother. Once mixed, add the remaining powder and mix again. Directions: mix one scoop of select cafe protein with ~8oz cold water, milk, or milk-substitute. Amount of liquid can be adjusted to meet or taste preference. Consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirement through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements.
