Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) vegetarian capsules 20 minutes before meals, 2-3 times daily or as directed by a health care professional. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with meals.

Quercetin and Bromelain work well together. Bromelain helps assist in increasing your body's absorption and utilization of quercetin. That is why Herbal Secrets combines the benefits of quercetin and bromelain into one supplement! Quercetin is found naturally in apple skins, onions and red wine, and bromelain is isolated from pineapples. Quercetin works on an antioxidant level to help reduce the damage and irritation caused by free radicals and my help suppress histamine response. Bromelain works on an enzyme and protein level to help limit the actions of metabolites and neutrophils on inflammation.
