📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use:(Per body weight) If less than 200 lbs: Take 3 nitro cm capsules 30 to 45 minutes before training on an empty stomach. If greater than 200 lbs: take 4 capsules. If stacking with ACG3, pump fuel or pump fuel Insanity: Take 3 capsules. An alternate option for quicker absorption, break open the capsules and add the contents to your favorite pre-workout drink 15 minutes before workout. To be used in conjunction with a physical conditioning program.
