Directions for Use
Directions: Take with food. Peri-menopause/petite: Start with 1 cap daily (or every other day) with food. Increase if necessary after 5 days to control hot flashes. Post-menopausal women: Start with 1 cap twice daily with food. Post-menopausal women with hot flashes may need to take additional Royal Maca caps w/o DIM or Royal Maca Powder.
