Suggested Use: Assess your tolerance by taking 1 small scoop (4.9 g) with 8-10 oz of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. For advanced users and those looking to maximize energy, pumps and focus you may use 1 large scoop (9.8 g). Do not exceed 1 large scoop in any 24 hour period. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
