Directions: Take one caplet, twice a day, with meals, or as recommended by your physician. Elderly patients or those with difficulty with swallowing are recommended to take the caplet with a large glass of water (8 oz) to minimize the risk of choking. Caplets may be broken in half. Can be taken along with your multivitamin.
