📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 1 (one) heaping scoop (5g) in 16-24oz (depending on taste preference) of ice cold water 30-40 minutes before bedtime to help support mood, relaxation, deep sleep, muscle growth and recovery. Once users have accessed their personal tolerance level, they may gradually increase the serving size up to 1-2 more scoops. Never exceed 3(three) scoops in a 12hr period.
