Can be used most effectively when taken in conjunction with Intestinal Movement Formula, Vitamineral Green, Liver Rescue and SCRAM. Suggested use: Start with 3 VeganCaps (a partial serving) and work up to 10 VeganCaps per day, or as directed by a qualified health care professional. Drink with 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice (ideally fresh). Take on empty stomach approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals/nutritional products. If more powerful bowel moving action is required, or you have a sluggish bowel, try Intestinal Movement Formula. Consume with conscious, positive intent.
