Since this product contains no artificial sweeteners or flavors of any kind and is non-GMO, it makes a great replacement for wheat flour in baking. Suggested use: Mix one serving (1 level scoop) into 4 ounces or more ounces of water or the beverage of your choice. Mix 1 level (40 g) scoop thoroughly with 4 oz. or more water (or beverage of choice).
