Directions for Use

I don't need to be refrigerated because I'm freeze-dried (#readytotravel!) and I'm a little fruity, so I taste delicious in water by myself or added to smoothies.

Suggested use: Mix one scoop with a shot (1.5 oz) of water or add to a smoothie.
