Directions: To assess your tolerance, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) with 6 oz of water for up to 3 days. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 12 oz of water, 30 to 45 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health.
