Directions for Use

Directions: Use anytime of the day-with or without food. For best results, place one level tablespoon (scoop included) or Catie's Whole Plant Food Vitamin C Plus powder into 8-12 ounces of water, your favorite drink, juice, soy, rice or almond milk, or add to a shake. Stir until dissolved or use in a blender or shaker for optimum results.
