📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) to two (2) scoops of powder 1-3 times daily between meals as needed or as directed by a health care professional. Mix with 8 ounces of cold water or juice. As a pre-workout booster, consume up to three (3) scoops 30-60 minutes prior to exercise.
