📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) veggie capsules 20 minutes before meals, 2-3 times daily or as directed by a health care professional. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with meals.

Quercetin (found naturally in apple skins, onions and red wine) and Bromelain (isolated from pineapples) work well together. Quercetin works on an antioxidant level to help reduce the damage and irritation caused by free radicals and may help suppress histamine response. Bromelain works on an enzyme and protein level to help limit the actions of metabolites and neutrophils on inflammation. Bromelain may assist in increasing your body's absorption and utilization of Quercetin.
