Directions for Use

Two scoops 12-16 ounces

Directions: On training days, mix two scoops in 12-16 oz of water, or carbohydrate based post-workout beverage, within 30 minutes of your workout. On non-training days, use one scoop, 1-3 times daily, in between or in addition to meals as a protein supplement.
