Recommended Use Blend 1 sachet into 8.45 - 20.29 oz (250-600 mls) of water. Can also be stirred into juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, yogurt, porridge or food/beverage of choice. Heat stable. Take 1 sachet at a time, 1-3 sachets per day.
