What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Vitamin C and calcium are well-supported nutrients that contribute to immune function and bone health. The proprietary botanical blend's efficacy for weight loss is supported by limited evidence. Overall, the ingredient profile is considered safe, though research on the specific caffeine-free blend is less robust than for individual vitamins.
