Also used as an electrolyte and mineral supplement for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Adult Usage Take 1 to 2 pouches daily. Directions Add 1 to 2 pouches to 30-60 mL (1 fl. oz. - 2 fl. oz.) of your favorite cold beverage into an Immunotec shaker cup and shake. Add additional liquid as desired, shake and drink. It is recommended that you do not heat, add hot liquid or use a high speed blender as it will significantly decrease the effectiveness of the product.
15 Seconds to Wellness 1 Add 30 mL (1 oz) of your favorite cold beverage up to the line on the Immunotec cup. 2 Shake the pouch so the powder settles to the bottom, tear along the top, empty into shaker cup. 3 Put cover on the the shaker cup, shake thoroughly for 15 seconds, add more liquid if desired and enjoy! Cautions and Warnings Immunocal Platinum is contraindicated in individuals who develop or are known to have hypersensitivity to specific milk proteins (this does not include lactose intolerance). Patients undergoing immunosuppressive therapy should discuss the use of this product with their healthcare practitioner. Each pouch of Immunocal Platinum provides 9 g of protein. Patients on a protein-restricted diet need to take this into account when calculating their daily protein load.
Although a bovine milk derivative, each pouch contains less than 1% of lactose and is therefore well tolerated by lactose-intolerant individuals. Gastrointestinal bloating and cramps are possible if the product is not sufficiently rehydrated.
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
