📋 Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving (2 softgels) in the morning to assess personal tolerance. Take 1-2 softgels in the afternoon based on personal tolerance. Do not take 6 hours before bedtime.

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY HEALTHY ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED BY THOSE SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE OR OTHER INGREDIENTS THAT HAVE KNOWN STIMULANT EFFECTS.
