Recommended Use: Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient Vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Helps to prevent Vitamin D deficiency. Recommended Dose: Adults 19 to 50 years: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily. Children over 4 years old: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily. For best absorption, take with meals and a full glass of water or juice.
