📋 Directions for Use

As a dietary supplement, start with one capsule three times daily. After two weeks use two capsules three times daily for up to two months. Discontinue use for two months. May be used along with product Good & Clean. Not for continuous use. Can use daily for up to two months. Can repeat use up to three times per day.
