📋 Directions for Use

How to make me: I go great with warm milk, water or in a smoothie. Here’s an easy smoothie recipe for you (serves 1): Ingredients: 1 sachet (of me!) Half a banana (peeled, obviously) 1.5 cups of milk 1 tbsp of nut butter Combine ingredients and blend in a food processor. Serve and enjoy!

Suggested Use: Mix contents of 1 packet with 8 oz (1 cup) of warm water or milk (or add to a smoothie).

I go great mixed with warm milk or water and I also enjoy spicing up your smoothie or your morning matcha!
