Directions for Use
DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 150 ml (~5 oz.) of cold water, twice daily to activate anabolic hormone receptors, support muscle growth, prevent muscle breakdown and enhance muscle recovery. On training days, take at least one serving before or during your workout. Alternative dosing option: Take 2 scoops with 300 ml (~10 oz.) of cold water, once daily.
