Directions - Recommended use to burn calories fast: To experience the fat-loss power of BEAUTYFUEL(TM), start by taking 1 capsule with an 8-oz glass of cold water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. If you're exercising that day, take one of these servings prior to your workout. On day 2, increase dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. Do not take more than 2 capsules in any 4-hour period and/or 4 capsules every 24 hours. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Taking BEAUTYFUEL(TM) more than the recommended dose will not improve results. Day 1 1 Capsule 2x daily Day 2 and Beyond Capsules 2x daily
