What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Caffeine is supported by strong evidence for enhancing alertness and athletic performance. The evidence for SAA sequenced proteins is limited, as specific data on this proprietary blend is scarce. Overall, the ingredient profile relies on a well-researched stimulant paired with a less documented protein complex.
