Pre-workout Post-workout Daily
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) rounded scoop (3 g) 2-3 times daily with 4 ounces of liquid pre & post-workout. On days off from training, take one (1) rounded scoop (3 g) in the morning or as directed by a healthcare professional.
