Suggested Use Mix 1 tablespoon of Nopalina into 8 oz (a big full glass) of water, juice or milk. Take Nopalina 2 times a day. To treating occasional constipation and restoring regularity, you can increase up to 2 tablespoons 2 times daily. Under 8 Years: Ask your doctor before use.
