📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Pour two cups (about 16 oz) of boiling water over one tea bag. Steep for about 2 minutes, and then discard the tea bag. Drink one cup after dinner and a second cup the next morning: repeat until relieved. After the first week, you may use only one cup (8 oz) of boiling water per tea bag. Enjoy this tea hot or cold. Flavor of the tea may be accommodated to the individuals’ taste, by steeping for a shorter time. Use about every 2 months, and for no more than 10 days at a time. Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse(R) Green Tea Blend may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse(R) Original. Use Super Colon Cleanse(R) Green Tea Blend for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse(R) Original for maintenance in between. Always drink 6-8 glasses of water per day to hydrate the body when using this product.
