Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS Place 1 serving (5 measured teaspoons) of ShenTrition(TM) (pronounced shen-trïsh-uhn) in 4 oz. of liquid (kefir, plant milk or coconut water is ideal, but water works fine). Before swallowing, swirl beverage in mouth for enzyme activation. Best in morning or in afternoon for a pick up. Makes a tasty smoothie!
