Directions for Use

Directions: Adults, mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 g - 2.5 g) with fruit juice or water. Vitamin C crystals may also be sprinkled on food. Increase intake of vitamin C as needed. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
