This product is intended for use by women and not intended for use by men, pregnant or lactating women, persons with depression, intestinal, bile duct or gallbladder problems, or by PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies to daisylike flowers, hormone dependent cancers, plan to have surgery, are on hormonal therapy, or are taking prescription medication (especially birth control pills, anticoagulants (blood thinner medication) i.e., Coumadin and warfarin). Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur including gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, allergic reactions (including skin rash), excessive menstrual bleeding, or blurred vision. Use of this product may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of usage. Limit exposure to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps or booths.

Directions: For adults, take three (3) capsules two times daily, preferably with meals.
