Directions for Use
Preparation & Suggested Use: -Mix 1 teaspoon in 4 ounces or more of hot water until dissolved. Add cold water or fruit juice to suit taste. -Start with one teaspoon a day and if advised by your healthcare professional, increase up to 3 teaspoons a day. -If diarrhea occurs, discontinue use and consult physician. -Product can be consumed once or throughout the day, with or without meals. -Natural sweeteners may be added to suit your taste. For a refreshingly healthful drink, stir Cal-Tea C into your favorite herbal tea.
