Directions for Use
Recommended Use: Take 1 to 3 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed for relief from minor aches and pains associated with exercise. For extended use, take 2 capsules 3 times daily, for 2 months, then 2 capsules twice daily for one month, then 1 - 2 capsules twice daily.
