Directions for Use
Recommendation: Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults and children age 12 years and over: Take 4 capsules.
Do not take more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take longer than one week, as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use.
