What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Magnesium hydroxide is supported by strong evidence as an osmotic laxative to promote bowel movements. The proprietary mucilage blend typically provides soothing properties for the digestive tract, though research on specific botanical blends is often limited. These ingredients collectively target digestive regularity and mucosal support.
