📋 Directions for Use
Suggested Use: 1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 level teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse into an 8 ounce glass of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water. Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach. To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals.
Caution: Take this product with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid.

Notice To New Users: A small percentage of individuals, such as nurses and other health care providers whose occupations expose them to psyllium dust, may develop a sensitivity to psyllium. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction.
Caution: Take this product with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. If you do not drink enough liquid the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking. Avoid use if you have ever had throat or swallowing problems. Seek immediate medical help if pain, swelling or breathing difficulties occur.
