Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 5-8 tablets at least 3 times daily to satisfy the body's protein needs. Take at least 5-8 tablets 30 mins prior to training. Take 6-8 tablets immediately after intense training. Take at least 5-8 tablets before bedtime.
