Directions for Use

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 servings in 8-12 oz of water or juice and drink at one time. Should not be taken with other proteins or fats. Take 20-30 minutes before (or 1-2 hours after) eating any protein or fat. As an exercise aid take an additional 1-2 servings 30 minutes prior to physical activity or as directed by a health professional.
