Amino Blitz-Peak Choose one of the following Morning kickstart 1 scoop or pre-workout amplifier 1-2 scoops or recovery & hydration 1 scoop or anytime energy 1 scoop

Recommended use (choose one): Morning kickstart: Take 1 serving upon waking. Pre-workout amplifier: Take 1-2 servings 20-30 minutes before training. Recovery & hydration: Take 1 serving and drink throughout your workout. Anytime energy: Take 1 serving any time throughout the day for an energy and recovery boost.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop of Amino Blitz-Peak with 8-12oz of cold water.
