DIRECTIONS: For adults, take two (2) capsules two times daily 30-60 minutes before your workout or with a meal. Take with a full glass of water. Limit your use to no more than two (2) capsules in a 4-hour period. Begin with one (1) capsule to assess individual tolerance. Consult your health care providers before beginning any diet or exercise program. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
